As soon as we receive our client's requirements, we analysis them in detail and classify them region-wise based on the availability of candidates in different regions.

Sourcing and Selection of Candidates

After analyzing and classifying client requirements, we source candidates by sourcing through Job portals or our data banks and branch offices across India and releasing advertisements in newspapers or posting requirements in job portals, in response, we receive various CVs via email. If necessary, we also release advertisements in newspapers of the concerned region(s), after obtaining permission from the Protector of Emigrants (P.O.E.) to collect CVs for a wider selection. This process ensures that we adhere to all legal and ethical standards in our recruitment practices.
Our HR team carefully scrutinise CVs and shortlists potential candidates, strictly adhering to our client’s job specifications and needs. The shortlisted candidates are interviewed by our HR team, and shortlisted CVs are sent to our clients for approval. We then arrange personal interviews of the candidates with the employer’s delegates at appropriate centers. In the case of online interviews, if the requirements are fewer in numbers, we assist our clients in finalizing the salary and other terms and forwarding the respective CVs to the clients with trade tests or evaluation details for their approval. The company’s management has finalised salary and other terms regarding personal interview selections.
